Vegan Brigadeiro Tracy Rodriguez
Vegan Chocolate Brigadeiro Recipe
Today you will discover a delicious vegan chocolate brigadeiro recipe that is very simple to make at home.
In fact, this vegan version is very delicious, being one of my most beloved vegan recipes.
However, it’s great to know that this vegan chocolate brigadeiro recipe is quite simple to make and is ready in just 15 minutes.
Yes that’s right!
Now it’s great to know that there are several recipes out there.
From the “traditional” ones that use condensed milk from some oilseed (such as that made from almond or coconut milk).
As well as even the most creative and healthy ones, which are based on ingredients such as green banana biomass or yams, for example.
But honestly, I always like all of these options.
So if the recipe has the right amount of cocoa and sugar, then I will be quite satisfied.
However, I understand when many people end up complaining about the texture.
I think there are few people who have never eaten a good brigadeiro.
Being something quite easy to make, very cheap and, due to its sweetness, highly addictive.
So I believe that, for the vast majority of people who choose to cut out milk and dairy products from their diet, their taste ends up changing too, right?
Now let’s learn how to make this incredible vegan chocolate brigadeiro recipe.
So, let’s go!
Vegan chocolate brigadeiro recipe
First of all, know that this vegan version is extremely delicious.
Being one of my most beloved recipes.
So this vegan chocolate brigadeiro is quite simple to make and is ready in just 15 minutes.
Let’s check it out!
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of 100% good quality cocoa powder;
- ¼ cup chopped 70% chocolate (or other chocolate bar);
- 1 portion of vegan condensed milk (ready in 3 minutes);
- Pinch of sea salt or pink Himalayan salt.
Way of preparing:
First, add all the ingredients to a pan and cook over medium heat until you get a very homogeneous mixture that comes away from the bottom of the pan.
Then remove from the heat, place in a container and let it cool.
This way it will thicken on its own, and should be at the rolling point.
So to roll it, grease your hands with coconut oil or vegetable cream of your choice, right?
