INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • 4 oz of extra virgin olive oil;
  • 6.7 oz of vegan cream;
  • ½ lemon juice;
  • Green smell to taste;
  • Sea salt to taste.

WAY OF PREPARING:

First of all, start by sanitizing the green smell.

Now chop the garlic and the green chilli.

Then place the cream, parsley, garlic and lemon juice in a blender.

Turn on the blender and leave it on low speed.

With it on, add the olive oil in a stream so that the sauce starts to thicken.

Finally, after adding all the olive oil, try to adjust the salt and the vegan garlic sauce recipe will be ready.

NOTE: You can replace the green scent with spicy paprika, pepper or whatever you prefer.
