INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 large tomatoes;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 large onion;
  • 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate;
  • Oregano to taste;
  • Sea salt to taste.

WAY OF PREPARING:

Firstly, wash all the tomatoes well, as their skins should not be removed.

Now remove just a piece from the top of the tomato.

Remember that only the part where the green stalk is located should be removed, right? 😉

Then cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Cut the onion into small pieces and crush the garlic.

In a pan, add some vegan butter, extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil.
