INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH:

  • 3 cups of almond flour;
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin coconut oil;
  • 1 and ½ cup of water;
  • 1 cup of stevia, xylitol or erythritol;
  • 1 tablespoon of organic yeast.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING AND TOPPING:

  • 2 trays of strawberries (500 grams);
  • 1 and ½ cup of water;
  • 1 cup of stevia, xylitol or erythritol;
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.

HOW TO PREPARE THE CAKE:

First, turn on your stove’s oven to preheat to 482° F.

Then grease a cake pan with oil and flour.

Now place the water, sugar, oil and flour in a container, mixing well.

However, if possible, sift the flour.

So when you obtain a homogeneous dough, add the yeast, mixing well and place the dough in the mold.

Then bake your dough on high for about 10 minutes.

But after this time has passed, reduce it to 392°F and leave it to bake completely, for about 50 minutes in total.

To check if the cake is baked, try poking a toothpick into the center of the cake.

If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is already good.
