How to make vegan strawberry brigadeiro recipe?
There’s no way not to love strawberry candy, right? 😀
But this sweet is usually left out of the diet of vegans or those who are lactose intolerant.
However, this vegetarian recipe will put an end to that exclusion.

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tablespoons of almond flour;
- 1 box of organic strawberries;
- ½ cup of extra virgin coconut oil;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring powder;
- ½ of sweetener xylitol, stevia or erythritol;
- ½ cup of almond milk.
WAY OF PREPARING:
First, wash the strawberries well, chopping them into small pieces.
Then set them aside.
Now in a pan over medium heat, add the chopped strawberries.
Then add it to the sweetener and stir for around 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the almond flour and vegetable milk together with the coconut oil and stir until they are completely diluted.
Add to the pan, mixing with the strawberry and sweetener.
Stir for approximately 5 minutes until it reaches the brigadeiro point, leaving the pan.
Then remove from the heat and wait for it to cool before rolling.
However, if you wish, roll them in sweetener.
