In just 5 minutes, you will have your vegan sautéed kale ready to eat.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bunch of cabbage;
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • Sea salt to taste.

WAY OF PREPARING:

First wash, dry and discard the central stalk of the cabbage leaves.

Then place on the cutting board, stacking the 3 cabbage leaves at a time.

Now roll it into a cigar and cut it into very thin slices.

Then, using the side of the knife blade, crush and peel the garlic clove.

Then place a large frying pan over medium heat.

When heated, drizzle with olive oil.

Then add the garlic and stir for 1 minute to perfume.

Place the sliced cabbage in the frying pan, seasoning with a pinch of salt and sautéing for about 2 minutes until it starts to wilt.

Now you need to prepare it quickly, because if it cooks too much it can become bitter.

Finally transfer the sautéed cabbage to a bowl and discard the garlic clove and serve.

However, if you prefer a more intense flavor, finely chop the garlic clove.

This way it will transfer more flavor to the cabbage.

Then you can also add ½ finely chopped onion or even cubes of bacon, about 50 grams and enough for 1 pack.
